A clear draft for your housing problem

Write what is happening, in your own words, and add the address. After you agree, the service prepares four documents from official files it holds. You download them. The service sends nothing. This is not legal advice.

Four steps. You stay in charge.

  1. 01

    Language, problem, address

Choose the screen language. Describe the problem and give the address. The apartment number is optional.

  2. 02

    Agree, or stop

“Prepare” only opens consent. Nothing leaves yet. “Prepare” there is your agreement. “Decline” stops. Nothing is sent, and no draft is made.

  3. 03

    A package link

Right after you agree, you see the package link. Work continues if you close the tab. The link lasts 48 hours. Download the PDFs there.

  4. 04

The calendar sits on that page

The calendar link is next to the download. Open it from there. It lasts 90 days. No account and no email.

Four documents in the package

Drafts you download. The service sends nothing.

  1. Letter to the owner

What you described, written for the person who rents you the home.

  2. 311 complaint

A city note, if this problem is the kind 311 takes. The service does not file it.

  3. HPD package

Papers for the housing office, from official files the service holds.

  4. Letter that fits

To the office that matches this problem. An unknown address stays blank.
